Our warehouse staff are expertly trained and will wrap your goods in accordance to our precise and precise specifications. Your products will be subjected to a thorough examination and will be safely packaged prior to being sent out. Each day, we ship to thousands of customers in multiple countries. Note: Orders containing multiple items will have a different processing period for each item.
Before shipping, we will examine the items ordered thoroughly before sending the items. The majority of orders will be delivered within 48 hours. The estimated delivery time is between 3-7 days.
Returns
Due to multiple entities which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we're unable to effectively manage inventory. Actual stock levels may fluctuate at any point. It is possible that the inventory could run out once your order has been processed.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If you don't receive your item within the 30 days period, we're unable to offer either a return or exchange.
For your item to be eligible for return, it must be unopened and in the same state as you received it in. The item should be in the original packaging.
